Sandwich Sushi Rolls

Ingredients:
6 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
6 slices turkey deli meat
6 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup hummus
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cucumber strips

Directions:
1. Using a rolling pin, flatten each bread slice.
2. Spread hummus evenly on each bread slice.
3. Layer turkey, cheddar cheese, shredded carrots, and cucumber strips on top of the hummus.
