Seafood Platter with Garlic Butter
Indulge in the natural, savory essence of the sea with this delectable paleo seafood platter infused with aromatic garlic butter!

Ingredients:
– 8 oz wild-caught salmon fillet
– 8 oz jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz sea scallops
– 4 tbsp ghee
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 lemon, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange salmon, shrimp, and scallops on the baking sheet.
3. In a small saucepan, melt ghee over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
4. Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood, then season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
5. Place lemon slices on top of the seafood.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
8. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
