Shrimp and Asparagus Stir-Fry with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
6 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl, marinate shrimp with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, stir-fry mushrooms until golden brown, then add asparagus and chicken broth. Cook until asparagus is tender-crisp.
5. Return shrimp to the wok, toss everything together, and season with salt and pepper.
