Slow Cooker Oxtail Recipe
Fall-off-the-bone tender oxtail simmered in a savory, flavorful broth – a comforting dish that’s perfect for chilly nights!
Ingredients:
3 lbs oxtail
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup beef broth
1 cup red wine
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Season oxtail pieces with salt and pepper.
2. Place oxtail, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in the slow cooker.
3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, red wine, tomato paste, and thyme. Pour over the oxtail.
