Smoked Beef Ribs with Carolina Mustard Sauce
Indulge in tender, fall-off-the-bone smoked beef ribs glazed with tangy Carolina mustard sauce for a flavor-packed BBQ experience!

Ingredients:
– 3 lbs beef ribs
– 1 cup yellow mustard
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Prepare the smoker according to manufacturer’s instructions and preheat to 225°F (107°C).
2. Season beef ribs generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 4-5 hours until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 203°F (95°C).
4. In a bowl, mix yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to make the Carolina mustard sauce.
5. Baste the ribs with the mustard sauce during the last hour of smoking, every 20 minutes.
6. Once done, remove the ribs from the smoker, let them rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra sauce on the side.
