Spinach Burgers

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground chicken
– 8 oz fresh spinach, chopped
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– Olive oil, for cooking

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into burger patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
4. Serve the spinach burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
