Spring Lamb Trifle for Easter
Indulge in the exquisite flavors of tender lamb layered with rich cream and savory seasonings, creating a carnivore-friendly trifle fit for a festive Easter feast!

Ingredients:
– 16 oz ground lamb
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 4 oz heavy cream
– 4 oz bone marrow, cooked and diced
– 2 oz butter
– 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground lamb over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
3. Layer half of the cooked lamb at the bottom of a serving dish.
4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the lamb layer.
5. Sprinkle half of the diced bone marrow on top.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining lamb, cream cheese mixture, and bone marrow.
7. Melt butter in a pan, then stir in garlic powder and pour over the trifle.
8. Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
