Spring Vegetable Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:
– 12 oz linguine
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
– 1/2 cup peas
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Directions:
1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, asparagus, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Toss in the cooked linguine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
