Strawberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
4. Gently fold in diced strawberries into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
