Strawberry Cheesecake
Indulge in a creamy, dreamy cheesecake bursting with fresh strawberry flavor in every bite!

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
3. Pour half of the batter over the crust. Layer sliced strawberries on top. Spread strawberry jam over the strawberries. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Serve chilled and garnish with additional sliced strawberries if desired.
