Strawberry Chia Pudding
A refreshing twist on classic chia pudding, bursting with the sweetness of fresh strawberries!

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
2. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the strawberry puree, chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to mix.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to gel and the flavors to meld.
4. Before serving, stir the pudding to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Add more almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
