Ingredients:
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1 egg, beaten
– 1 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 squares. Score a 1/2-inch border around each square.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture inside the borders of each square.
5. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
6. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
