Strawberry Cream Puffs
Indulge in a delightful combination of airy cream puffs filled with luscious strawberry cream for a perfect sweet treat!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour and mix until the dough forms a ball.
3. Transfer dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
4. Pipe or spoon 12 mounds onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold diced strawberries into the whipped cream.
7. Slice the cream puffs in half horizontally and fill each with the strawberry cream mixture.
8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
