Strawberry Crepes
Indulge in a sweet and delicate breakfast treat with these luscious Strawberry Crepes that are sure to brighten your morning!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp melted butter
– 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– Whipped cream, for topping
– Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions:
1. In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the crepe is set and the edges start to lift. Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
4. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you cook.
5. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to macerate.
6. Fill each crepe with the strawberry mixture, roll them up, and top with whipped cream.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
