Strawberry Crisp Bars
Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet strawberries and buttery crisp topping with these irresistible bars!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the strawberry mixture.
5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture evenly over the strawberries.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbling.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
