Strawberry Nutella Crepes

Ingredients:
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
– 1/2 cup Nutella
– Powdered sugar, for dusting
– Whipped cream, for topping
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with butter.
3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift.
4. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Spread Nutella on each crepe, top with sliced strawberries, and fold into quarters.
