Strawberry Panna Cotta
Indulge in the creamy elegance of this Strawberry Panna Cotta, topped with a vibrant layer of sweet strawberries, a tantalizing treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
– 1/4 cup cold water
– 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1/4 cup sugar
– Mint leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
3. Gently warm the bloomed gelatin mixture in the microwave for 15 seconds until it becomes liquid.
4. Whisk the gelatin mixture into the warm cream until fully dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
6. In a blender, puree strawberries with sugar until smooth.
7. Just before serving, spoon strawberry puree over the set panna cotta.
8. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors.
