Strawberry Rose Jam
Elevate your breakfast spread with this delicate and floral Strawberry Rose Jam that’s a perfect blend of sweet and fragrant flavors!

Ingredients:
1 lb strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp rose water

Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 minutes to macerate.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes until thickened.
4. Stir in rose water and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let the jam cool before transferring to sterilized jars.
6. Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator once completely cooled.
