Teriyaki Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into wedges
8 oz (225g) mushrooms, halved
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the vegetables on skewers or a grill basket.
