Turkey and Cranberry Meatballs
These festive meatballs are a tasty twist on a classic dish, perfect for holiday gatherings or a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
– 1 egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, egg, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
5. In a separate saucepan, heat cranberry sauce, chicken broth, and olive oil over medium heat until warmed through.
6. Add the cooked meatballs to the saucepan and toss gently to coat.
7. Serve the turkey and cranberry meatballs hot, garnished with a sprinkle of thyme.
