Watermelon Mint Cooler
Beat the heat with this refreshing Watermelon Mint Cooler that is bursting with summer flavors!
Ingredients:
– 4 cups cubed watermelon
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
– 2 tbsp lime juice
– 1-2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
– 2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until you reach a slushy consistency.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
