White Chicken Chili Dip
Creamy, zesty, and perfect for game day snacking, this White Chicken Chili Dip will be the star of any party spread!

Ingredients:
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
– 1 can (15.5 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, green chilies, white beans, 3/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese on top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
