White Chicken Chili Quesadilla Filling
Transform your quesadillas with this zesty and creamy white chicken chili filling that will elevate your Tex-Mex game!
Ingredients:
– 8 oz cooked shredded chicken
– 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
2. Use a potato masher to slightly mash the mixture while stirring to thicken the filling.
