BBQ Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, sliced into thick steaks
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
