– 1 lb pizza dough
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
