BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches

Ingredients:
20 oz canned young jackfruit, drained and shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
Coleslaw, for topping
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix shredded jackfruit, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the jackfruit mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jackfruit is heated through and slightly caramelized.
3. Toast the burger buns in the skillet or oven until lightly crisp.
4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of BBQ jackfruit on the bottom bun, topping with coleslaw, and finishing with the top bun.
