Grilled Chicken Caprese
A summery twist on classic caprese flavors, this grilled chicken dish is bursting with freshness and grilled goodness!

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
– 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
– 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
