Grilled Pineapple Chicken Skewers
These sweet and savory skewers are a tropical twist on classic grilled chicken – perfect for summer cookouts!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
– 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
– 1 red onion, cut into chunks
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
3. Thread marinated chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
4. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are slightly charred.
